I ordered last week I got egusi with pounded yam, Asun spaghetti, and my cousin got indomie. Everything tasted fresh and amazing . I called since I order on DoorDash it didn’t give me an option to choose the type of meat. The lady who answered was so nice and sweet she even called back to make sure my order was delivered.
For $24 and some change , the plate of rice that you get is not worth it at all. It was seasoned well but 24 dollars is just to much for the small amount. I got beef with my Jollof rice and at least I would have though I'd be getting a good amount of beef since the rice was little but I had 3 small pieces of beef . To add to that the 3 beef all were very tough , border line burnt. If you want good Nigerian jollof I would recommend elsewhere.
I was craving my Nigerian food when I visited Dallas for a business conference. I ordered banga soup and swallow from Dreams Kitchen. That was the most delicious banga soup since I've been in the US. My wife, who's a very good cook, loved the vegetable soup she ordered. Customer service is very professional and impressive. The food tastes delicious and fresh. The portion sizes are very good. If you're in Dallas or visiting, you've to try their food.
I can’t speak for the food, but the open sign was on, Google maps said they close at 11pm. I drove all the way down only to see no one inside and their sign inside says they’re closed!! What a waste of time and I was so excited.
The food (soup & swallow)is good but portion size is very inconsistent. This time when I ordered the soup I was given was what we would give a child it was the size of my hand and same with pounded yam one day you get two wraps one day only one. Not sure if it is because food is being ordered towards the end of the day but if you don’t have enough then the order should be canceled. The amount vs the price was an apology.
Best African Food in DFW hands down!!! Everything on POINT! Hopefully they don’t grow big and reduce quality of food. Thanks for pointing in all it takes to deliver the best food and customer service to your customers. It’s a 100/10 for me. Kudos!!! Had to edit my review. Quality of food still remains excellent, service great! But quantity does not match the prices. Quantity of food too small and when they serve chicken for all the times I’ve ordered for chicken, I’ve gotten two small pieces and one of the two small pieces is all bones.
I wish I could give less than one star for this restaurant. This is the first time I'll ever leave a review on a business, I felt compelled to do so because of the disrespect of customer's time shown by this business. This restaurant has a history of NEVER getting you your order on time. Today's experience was not out of the norm, on so many occasions I've had to wait 20 minutes or more to pick up my order, but today ive had enough. Today, I placed an order for items worth $43 and it wasn't ready after a whole hour. After waiting for so long in the parking lot, I canceled the order and UberEats charged me the full amount of the order. UberEats would not refund because according to the "the restaurant was preparing the order". How on earth does it take an hour for a restaurant to finish up an order and wouldn't deem it fit to notify the customer after waiting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. Eventually I lost time and money to this restaurant's incompetence. And don't even get me started on the food portions which is laughable. This restaurant is disrespectful and their customer service sucks! If you haven't got all day to wait for your food, you should definitely avoid them.
Seems like a solid idea. It’s not a sit-in restaurant, you just order and pick up your food. When I went to the place during business hours on Saturday around 10pm, the place was closed and I could not order. Calling and trying to order from the food apps said it was closed too.
